01 — FORTUNE 500 TECHNOLOGY
Fifteen years of demanding work.
We write patents for some of the most ambitious technology companies in the United States — including more than 400 applications a year for a top-five global automaker.
Trusted by the most innovative and ambitious
Our senior engineer-attorneys help in-house IP counsel at the world's most ambitious technology companies. We engineered the system that results in quicker drafts, better organization, and higher quality patent applications.
The Patent System Added the Fuel of Interest to the Fire of Genius.

In-house IP counsel has to find a partner that produces great work inside a real budget — and writes patents that perfectly encapsulate what the inventor built.
Outside counsel whose timelines and processes don't fit yours isn't a minor friction; it's a deliverable that arrives too late, a status update you have to chase, and pressure that lands on you with little you can do about it.
It gets worse when a draft that should take two months takes six and you don't feel comfortable with an application the company will hold for the next twenty years, signed under your name and defended under your judgment.

02 — BACKGROUND-MATCHED
We match the lawyer to the invention. Computer engineers on computing work. Electrical engineers on electrical engineering. PhD chemists on chemistry. Mechanical engineers on mechanical. You know a subject matter expert is always the one taking care of your application.
03 — WELL-OILED MACHINE
Filing cadence. Draft routing. Bill format. CC list. Turnaround targets. We map our operation to yours while adding checkpoints, milestones, and timelines that make us unlike any other partner you've had.
04 — UNMATCHED QUALITY
Senior engineer-attorneys that are actually given the space to do great work. Around them, a system of checkpoints and centralized oversight makes their best work repeatable. We engineered an environment that brings reliability to high-quality results.
05 — SPEED
Patentability search in three weeks. Drafts in five. Filings on your schedule. Year-end targets land without hectic mania — the assembly line doesn't slow down during the season you need us most.

Christopher G. Darrow — Registered patent attorney, chemical engineer, and former federal-court law clerk
The president
Christopher Darrow is an attorney, an engineer, a former federal-court law clerk, and the President of Darrow Mustafa P.C. His mission was to build the practice his clients actually needed.
The firm now writes patents for the world's most ambitious technology companies, and the federal courts retain Mr. Darrow personally to help resolve some of the hardest cases on the docket.
He works in chambers alongside the judge, walks the court through the technology, assists with opinions, and helps move cases toward settlement when settlement is the right answer. He's served as special master on dozens of cases across the federal courts.
It's a kind of credibility no client endorsement can match.
