Christopher G. Darrow Appointed as "Special Master" in Two Complex Automotive Patent Infringement Cases
Patent attorney Christopher G. Darrow has been appointed a “Special Master” in two complex patent infringement cases dealing with multiple automotive technologies by the Honorable Mark A. Goldsmith of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Signal IP, Inc. v. Ford Motor Company and Signal IP, Inc. v. Fiat USA, Inc.). In his role as Special Master, Mr. Darrow will assist in claim construction and other issues in the case.
Mr. Darrow practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Mr. Darrow previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul D. Borman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Darrow received an LL.M. in intellectual property law from The George Washington University Law School, a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
